COVERING THE WORLD IN QUILTS
Beginning in January 2022, AccuQuilt is partnering up with Moda Fabrics and Baby Lock in a pay-it-forward campaign called Covering the World: One Quilt at a Time.
Quilters and designers from AccuQuilt and Moda Fabrics are on a quest to donate their time and quilts to a charity of their choice, and we’re inviting you to join us on this big quilting adventure! Every week in 2022, one person from our teams will donate a quilt to a charity of their choice. Join the Covering the World Facebook group to see our donations and to share your donation journey as well.
How Do I Participate in #QuiltTheWorld2022? It’s super easy! Just follow these steps and you’ll be on your way to making a huge difference in someone’s life.
QUALIFIED ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE THESE STEPS:
This is not required, but in your social post, please share your pay-it-forward journey. Everyone would love to hear about your charity, why you chose them, and what pattern/fabric/die you used.
You can enter as many times as you like – there’s absolutely no limit! We want to make a BIG difference in the lives of those who need comfort. So, you can donate one time or once a month – whatever you like.
There is one exciting thing we need to mention. The more you donate to #QuiltTheWorld2022, the more chances you have to win one of our fantastic prizes!
PRIZES Over the course of the Quilt the World 2022 campaign AccuQuilt, LLC (Sponsor), Moda Fabrics (Sponsor), and Baby Lock (Sponsor) will award a total of twelve (12) prizes, each to a different qualifying winner. Quantities and values of prizes are as follows:
Ten (10) prizes valued at $200, awarded monthly in the form of accuquilt.com rewards points and Moda Fabrics.
One (1) prize valued at $500, awarded in June 2022 in the form of accuquilt.com rewards points and Moda Fabrics.
One (1) Grand Prize valued at over $3,000, awarded December 27, 2022.
Prize winners will be posted here, announced on Instagram, Facebook and on AccuQuilt Live Tuesday shows. Winners will be contacted directly by email or Instagram messenger or Facebook messenger.

ENTRY: Enter to win by donating a quilt in 2022 and creating a qualified social media post. Qualified entries must include these steps:

AccuQuilt reserves the right to substitute prizes (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prizes (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. The awarding of this prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if any winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated Official Rules, or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winner selection or will be considered forfeited with no alternative winner to be drawn in replacement.
Entrants understand that Sponsor is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession, and use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited, by participating entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agents, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrants agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Nebraska, and entrants hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website, as well as any entrant that is otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention, or force majeure. AccuQuilt, LLC shall not be liable for any bodily harm or damage and/or lost opportunity which may result from participation in this contest.
